    Working in Pairs or 3s
    -In 20 Minutes max out in the complex of Strict Press + Push Press. Once you max out in the complex carry on and max out in the push press.

    WOD

    AMRAP 20 in 2’s
    20 STOH (50/35)
    20 Over Bar Burpees
    200m Object Carry (1 partner carrying wallball, 1 carrying 7.5kg sandbag)
    -STOH and burpees can be split however with only 1 athlete working at a time, but both must run together.

    Spend some time practising and building load in the power snatch. No specific sets/rep scheme here… just spend 20 minutes or so working on movement quality.

    8 x 20s Work:10s Rest
    -Score is lowest amount of reps in any one round
