    5 x 20 KB Front Rack Box Step Ups
    -Same weight all sets (pick a weight that you can go unbroken for all 20 reps, alternating legs)
    -Rest 90s

    5 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
    10 Single arm DB Thrusters (22.5/15)
    15 Plate GTOH (20/15)
