    5 High Box Jumps
    10 Suitcase Deadlifts / Side
    20 V Ups
    30s Double KB FR Hold (Heavy as poss)
    Rest 90s
    -Build height on the box jumps if possible each round

    WOD

    AMRAP 15
    30 Double Unders
    20 KB Snatch (24/20)
    10 Burpees

    Every 7:00 x 5 Rounds
    400m Run
    30 Wall Balls
    15 C2B Pull Ups
    5 STOH (From the floor)

    -The idea here is to build weight across the 5 rounds on the STOH. Start off around 50% of 1RM and build.
