-Aim to build weight/increase difficulty each set.
Death By Thrusters (50/35)
-An ascending EMOM of thrusters, starting with 1 in the first minute, 2 in the second, 3 in the third and so on. -Workout is over when you cannot complete the required amount unbroken.
