WOD

Alternating 90s x7 Rounds
1) 10 Bench Press
2) 15/12 Cal Row

Straight into

Alternating 90s x7 Rounds
1) 10 or ME C2B Pull Ups
2) 15 Burpees

-Go as heavy as poss for the bench, but use the same weight for all sets
-Scale the C2B accordingly
