Team WOD

In 4’s – 2 Rounds of 4 Minutes per station for max reps

Cal Assault Bike (30s stints)

20m Prowler push (Push from both ends, bigger end one way, then lower end the other – 40kg)

Ball Slams (15/12kg balls, 10 reps at a time)

Burpees (5 at a time)

-2 Min Rest between stations
-1 Person working at a time for each group, must follow the rep/time constraints.
