Working in Pairs or 3s
-In 20 Minutes max out in the complex of Strict Press + Push Press. Once you max out in the complex carry on and max out in the push press.

WOD

AMRAP 20 in 2’s
20 STOH (50/35)
20 Over Bar Burpees
200m Object Carry (1 partner carrying wallball, 1 carrying 7.5kg sandbag)
-STOH and burpees can be split however with only 1 athlete working at a time, but both must run together.
