B) 3 x 5 @ 5-10kg Less
-After each set of strict press perform a set of 8-10 Ring Rows.

WOD

EMOM 15
1) 12/9 Cal Row
2) 12 Box Jumps
3) AMRAP Burpees

-Score is total burpees after all 5 Rounds, but if you fail to meet the rep requirement of the other movements in any round, the burpees for that round score will be 0.
